We are committed to providing top-quality cleaning services to all our clients. We may request pictures of the home to assess condition and take pictures during/post clean to ensure you receive the highest quality of service. In order to maintain our high standards and ensure every home receives the care it deserves, we may apply a "heavy duty" fee for exceptionally challenging cleaning tasks. This fee, ranging from $50 to $250, will be added when a property requires significantly more time, effort, and resources to achieve our standard of cleanliness. The office will reach out if it is needed and we will always get your consent before this is applied.
